This information typically includes premium information, claims experience, claims breakdowns, employee information, and similar information that is directly related to your policy.
At times, DENT Benefits Consulting Ltd. may be required to provide this information to other Life Insurance companies and Group Retirement providers for quoting purposes, regulatory organizations or law enforcement agencies and to companies that perform services on our behalf. These organizations, like DENT Benefits Consulting Ltd., are bound and must comply with the same federal/provincial privacy act(s). DENT Benefits Consulting Ltd. does not disclose your information to any other organization(s) to use for their own purposes and in particular will never sell or trade your personal information.
The purpose for which we collect, use and disclose your personal information are central to our being able to provide you with our services. Should you have objections to the collection and disclosure of your information, as listed in the foregoing, DENT Benefits Consulting Ltd. will no longer be in a position to provide you with these services. Therefore, by maintaining your plan with DENT Benefits Consulting Ltd. we will consider that you have consented to our collecting, using and disclosing your information.
